Bereaved Cohort – Study Overview for Organizations

The information provided by those who partake in the study will help caregivers, social workers, and medical staff better understand and support families during the care and death of a child.

Prayers will be included for parents and family members who wish to honour the lives of all children gone-too-soon, including; Toddlers and infants; babies lost during or after birth; babies who have died during pregnancy such as those who were miscarried and stillborn.

TEDDY BEAR TEA
Families can enter the name of their child in the “Little Book of Life” and light a candle for their child. Service and social is open to everyone. *Please RSVP so that enough programs, candles & refreshments are available.

This year’s video presentation is titled – End-of-Life Ethics.

Kearney Funeral Services would like to invite any community groups working in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care workers to attend one of the two DVD presentations in June. This presentation can be informative and a good chance to discuss with others in the industry of nurses, doctors, and volunteers.
